  “Avoid Adelaide Fire Solutions. Our paid job (2107) at our Outer Harbor site was never completed. After cancelling and rescheduling our booking three times with little to no notice, Nick arrived with what we found to be a sloppy and unprofessional demeanour, then left site without completing the work or advising us that items were still outstanding. Weeks later, we're still missing four fire extinguishers and the installation of a diesel trailer bracket that we have already paid for, leaving us over $400 out of pocket. His handling of the job demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism and left us with no confidence in the quality or competence of the work carried out. Despite giving him every opportunity to resolve the issues, he has refused to return or take any responsibility. We now have to pay another fire protection company to inspect the work, ensure it complies with the relevant Australian Standards and complete the outstanding items. Save yourself the time, money and frustration and use literally anyone else.”

In response to your latest comment; It’s disappointing but not surprising to see such a defensive and personal response from this business — it reflects the experience we had as customers. Professionalism, accountability, and respect go a long way in business, but unfortunately, those qualities were lacking in our dealings. My review is entirely based on our direct experience. Instead of addressing the delays and lack of communication we encountered, the owner chose to respond in a way that reinforces the same issues we experienced throughout the project.
