“I live in rural Victoria and needed an electrician to install a Zappi GLO EV charger. After seeking quotes from several companies, I chose Aether, and I’m very pleased with the decision. James, the manager, was a pleasure to deal with. Aether was the first contractor to contact me, and James continued to respond promptly to my many questions and provided helpful, professional advice throughout the process. His electrician, Sam, arrived on time and worked quickly and efficiently to complete the installation. He also took the time to make sure I understood how to use the phone app, which was greatly appreciated. Living in a remote location, having a reliable electrical contractor is particularly important to me. Aether has certainly demonstrated that they can provide excellent service even when working outside the major metropolitan areas. I intend to use them for my future electrical needs and would have no hesitation recommending them to others.”

“I reached out to James (Aether Installations) via google not knowing any reputable EV charger installers in my area. I'm glad I did. The whole process end to end took about 2 months as the GoodWe chargers were very hard to come by. I provided James wiht the specs and he ordered the charger for me. Given it took over a month to procure it he kept in contact just to let me know he was following up for me, as there were times I thought I'd done my $$'s, but I did confirm the chargers were on back order everywhere. When they arrived we arranged the install the following week. James came out with the electricians and did the install. It was pretty straight forward but like everything on the Solar/EV journey the technology needs to be set right. I had issues with the charge rate so they contacted GoodWe for me and provided the instructions to alter the settings we I did and I've never looked back. James has followed up twice to see that everything is still working as expected. It is! I would have no hesitation recommending Aether for a quality installation and excellent after install service. Cheers Neil.”

“I cannot recommend James highly enough. I reached out to him to help troubleshoot a tricky integration issue between my three-phase Sigenergy SigenStor battery stack and a third-party Zappi EV charger, which was causing the car to accidentally drain my house battery overnight. James was incredibly patient from the absolute start. He took the time to truly listen to my specific needs and worked hard to find a way to separate the two systems so the car would selectively charge from the grid while the house ran off the battery. Unfortunately, because the SigenStor uses a fully integrated, high-voltage DC-coupled design, the physical option of clamping separate battery/grid CT sensors to make the third-party charger communicate properly just wasn't technically viable. Instead of trying to push an expensive workaround or sell me hardware that wouldn’t perfectly solve my issue, James was 100% honest with me about the system's limitations. He laid out all my realistic options clearly, without any sales pressure. Even though I ultimately decided not to go ahead with modifying the setup, James remained completely positive, supportive, and helpful until the very end. It is rare to find a tra”
