“Quite strange interaction. Joe was very polite, came looked at the job and said he will get it done in next few days...and then just disappear, ignore my message. May be the job was too small? But at least he should let customer know.”

“I was so impressed with Joe right from the beginning. He was very knowledgeable and offers helpful advice. He would rather do the job properly than to take shortcuts. I had some very heavy pendants and fans that needed installing and he made sure they were secured into timber rather than just use plaster lugs. Which took a lot more time and effort. Nothing was too much trouble. He was super friendly and willing to answer questions that we might have! His expertise shows through in his work and his dedication to getting the job done.”

“I have used Joe to replace my electrical board, install downlights, install ceiling fans and other electrical tasks when I renovated my bathroom and laundry. He offered helpful advice to help in these renovations which was appreciated as I am on my own and was looking for trusted advice. Recently I had issues with my heat pump after a power shutdown and didn't know what to do. I rang Joe and he talked me through some troubleshooting and very kindly dropped past that afternoon and made sure everything was up and running. Joe is trustworthy, does and great job, leaves everything clean and tidy and offers exceptional customer service.”

“I recently had the pleasure of hiring Joe, a fantastic electrician, for a range of tasks at my home. He skillfully installed security cameras, put up and down lights, and incorporated a smart relay switch, along with smoke alarms and a smart energy monitor. Joe also gave advice on future electrical work that we were considering. As a local electrician who owns his own business, Joe was an absolute delight to work with. His down-to-earth and friendly demeanour made the whole experience enjoyable. What impressed me the most was Joe's extensive knowledge of all things electrical, including security cameras, smart home systems, smoke alarms, and energy monitoring. It was evident that he takes immense pride in his work, ensuring high-quality results that left me more than satisfied. His approach to providing up-front, clear, and competitive quotes made the whole process straightforward and transparent. Not only did Joe excel in his workmanship, but he also left the place spotless after completing the job. His commitment to cleanliness and attention to detail added an extra touch of professionalism to the overall experience. I cannot recommend Joe highly enough. In fact, I wish our build”
