Solar and battery installer in Garbutt, Townsville, for residential and commercial solar, off-grid systems and Tesla Powerwall.
Barra Solar Power is a solar and battery installer based at 13 Gurney St in Garbutt, working on homes and businesses across Townsville and North Queensland. The business is run by director James Laycock, a licensed electrician and licensed solar and battery installer, and its own installers carry out every job. Solar batteries and proactive maintenance are also part of the offering.
The team designs systems to suit the property, how power is used and the owner's goals, using racking and parts rated for the cyclone region. Off-grid packages are put together around Victron and Fronius equipment. Barra Solar Power was previously known as Barra Electrical, and the office and workshop remain in Garbutt.
