Right from initial booking the job of fixing my toilet exhaust fan with Josh to the task execution in my Townhouse at The Grounds on University Drive by Sam and Paul (two great guys), it was a smooth and satisfying process. “I had Paul & I believe Sam help me out this morning and I FAINTED five minutes after they entered the house. Paul was incredibly helpful (he’d just done his first aid course recently) and both were incredibly friendly and kind. Five star service that’s for sure! More than that - they went out their way to chat to me and make me feel less embarrassed which I really appreciated. The boys were lovely, easy to talk to and get along with and did all of this whilst fixing the lighting at the same time. They also cleaned up really nicely which I appreciated a lot. Overall, I couldn’t recommend them more! As a younger woman it can be a bit daunting dealing with tradesmen at times but this was the complete opposite of that. I will genuinely be recommending the boys and the company to anyone who will listen, and safe to say I’ll be telling everyone since I think the situation is hilarious.”
