“Reading some of the previous reviews of this business makes me question how genuine they are . Ben was recommended to be by the manager of my apartment comlex to do some repairs on my intercom. I phoned Ben and asked if he could do the work and he asked me to text me my contact details so he could get back to me. The following day I phoned him again as I had not heard from him and he asked me to send my contact details again. I did this immediately. One week later I still had not received a reply from Ben. I called him another four times over the next several days and left two voice messages asking him to return my call. It is ten days since my initial conversation with Ben and he has still not responded. It's people like this that give tradies a bad name. Based on my experience Ben is the last person I would recommend.”

“We had ducted air conditioning installed after 20 years! Ben and his team have done an excellent job. We are so grateful to have installed prior to Christmas, especially during the current heatwave 🙏”
