  “We installed a rangehood in April 2017, there was just one guy came to the house and it took him a few hours to finish his job, I was pregnant 38 weeks at that time and he asked me several times to lift up the rangehood for him because he couldn’t do his job probably without help. I don’t think it is a good idea for you guys to arrange only one person if the job couldn’t be done by himself. There was really dangerous for me as well. Finally we paid $498.85 for the installation. Unfortunately, the rangehood was fallen off in November 2018, around 1.5 years after installation. I rang the company and ask them come to fix it. The house is under management by the real estate agent and the property manager talked to them tenants’ contact number. First time, they didn’t contact the tenant. Second time, I rang again, they arrange a time with the tenant maybe in December 2018. Recently, I have been told by the agent that there was no one came to fix it so far even someone has arrange a time with tenant. I really don’t understand, how come you guys costed me nearly $500 to install a rangehood but just broken after 1.5 years? Why there is no one contact me or agenct or tenants to arrange anot”
