Sash answered my call and after sending him some photos of the circut board the power was reset apart from the original faulting circuit. At that time my regular electrician got back me and attended. However, Sash took the time to talk through the issue - especially for isolating the solar system and how it interacts with the circuit board, to start the initial fault finding and partial resolution. The cost from Berkley Electrical for doing this was nil. Thanks again Sash. The fault ended up being a shorted powerpoint.”

  “Very disappointed with my experience with Berkley Electrical Services. I originally hired them to fix some light switches and install an additional power point. The power point is working, but the light switches are still not working properly despite the work being completed and the invoice being paid in full. Afterwards, I contacted them about some additional electrical work I needed and asked for a quote. I didn’t receive a response, so a few days later I called to follow up. I also explained that I needed them to come back and look at the light switches that were still not functioning correctly. Sash answered and said he was on a job and would call me back later that day to organise everything. Unfortunately, that call never came. I tried contacting them again the following day by both phone and message, but received no response. I understand that businesses get busy, but when you’ve already paid for a service and there is an issue with the work, I think it’s reasonable to expect some follow-up and communication. Very disappointed with the lack of communication and customer service. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not use this business again.”
