About Blue Chip Electrical
Electrician in North Mackay, QLD for data cabling, switchboard upgrades and commercial electrical work.
Blue Chip Electrical is an electrical contracting business based in North Mackay, QLD, working across Andergrove, Beaconsfield, Mackay Harbour, Mount Pleasant, Glenella and North Mackay. The team handles domestic, commercial and industrial electrical work, with data cabling a stated speciality, along with switchboard upgrades, electrical repairs and new installations such as additional power points. Medium and large-scale commercial projects are part of the workload, including renovation and construction electrical work.
The business has operated in the Mackay region for more than 30 years and is now owned and operated by David and Simone Jurello. Its electricians work alongside builders, architects, designers and building managers on commercial projects, providing the documentation those projects require. Fault finding is approached with diagnosis first, then a repair strategy aimed at a lasting solution rather than a quick fix. Advice on improving power efficiency at home or in a home office is also offered, and the business runs as a mobile service taking cash, EFT, EFTPOS, Mastercard and Visa.

“We just moved to the Leap from Cairns. He was recommended and did not disappoint. It was suppose to be an easy oven and cook top instalment. However, little did we know that our kitchen bench was layered with 1cm granite! David was able to cut out a bigger square for the cooktop. He went above and beyond as it wasn't easy and did all the safety check (old house). If I have any electrical issue I know who to call.”
