“Where do I start, the booking to have ceiling fans installed that got rescheduled, because i suspect the fans weren't ordered, the unscheduled visit to tell me I needed to replace a smoke detector that I was already aware of and then billing me $126 for nothing, or the apprentice that knocked the cord out of the central heating unit whilst fitting a bathroom fan, costing me a plumbers visit, or maybe turning up to fit ceiling fans and only having enough parts for 2 out of the 3 fans, or after the final visit to fit the 3rd fan, and locking the tenants house, then reading the work order and realising they need to do an electrical check, so needing me to unlock the house again for them. What a joke, the most unprofessional experience in my entire lifetime. He rings me to talk to me, and calls me a child because I'm angry about it all, what a circus.”
