“Have attempted to contact Brian Brothers Electrical over this issue and have been met with nothing but automated messages. So, if they reply to this review, don't believe them. The instructions were simple. Please move our back door light to the right, and do all that you can to conceal the cable. Cost $504.41. You can see from the photos how much effort they went to to conceal the cables. We now have holes all through our aluminium cladding, so even when we have a quality electrician move the cable to along the beam, we will still be left with holes all through the cladding that can't be repaired. Even worse, their incompetent electrician turned off our solar inverters and disabled our solar system. It was 1 week later before the home owner realised the battery wasn't charging. Due to Brian Brothers Electrical not answering our messages, the home owner was left to problem solve and rectify their mistake on their own. There are a lot of electricians out there. Don't be a fool, steer clear of Brian Brothers Electrical.”
