“I got Tas out to do 3 split aircons on 3 seperate visits, as well as lighting and other work. I gave him a free pass a few times for making a mess because the kids all went to school together and I thought it was a once in a while thing. The first time, he cut into gyprock and didn’t vacuum at all, spraying the entire room and kids bedding in nasty gyprock dust. We kept her out of her room for a couple of days while we washed the bedding and vacuumed diligently. The second time, I made sure to strip the room bare, no bed or anything and Im glad because the same thing, no care and no clean up. By this point I was pretty angry but thought I’d see it through as not much other work to be done. Then, after needing lighting and fans upgraded, he started to bumble around not really making much sense of what he was doing. He would repeat himself and say things like, “Oh yeah, that’s right, I forgot about that.”, or “no I don’t think we spoke about that sorry mate.” I am renting the house out and have so many other things to get ready and then he mentions the house has wiring faults to come fix. He says he will book me in when back from Christmas break and then it’s not until I chase him up”
