“They were fast only a week turnaround to replace a full panel in a 57" curved monitor. Satisfied with the repair (brand new 57" superwide 8k curve monitor developed red line in just one week of use from brand new ( a semi common failure ive discovered). The service turnaround timeframe was excellent considering sourcing a high-end not so common 8k display panel . Im actually happy they repaired it as the camtec technicians would have taken good attention to detail installing and securing the ribbon cables that are suspected by other owners as the failure point. I was only alarmed when they came to pick it up, was told they had a case to transport it but watched it put in back of a truck face down on only a blanket lying directly on its curve. , no straps or anything. But as they replaced the full panel which included the front bezel, my fears have been removed and it was returned in as new condition. You can trust Camtec to get it done. Works perfectly and no visible damage. If it breaks again its definately a Samsung quality issue not a Camtec issue.”

“Absolutely disgusting. the lady I spoke to was very rude, abrupt and I couldn't hardly understand a word she spoke. Westinghouse Oven and is under warrant. First phone call I was told it would be a 2 week wait, 2nd phone call a 3 week wait. All this for a timer switch which is affecting the oven. Not even a phone call or communication from a technician. So it will be about a Month till I can use my oven, what a joke and very unprofessional I would not recommend this company to anyone.”

“Had been having problems with the ice machine in my fridge for over a year and had a couple of different companies look at the issue who were unable to find or fix the fault. Decided to give Camtec a go and glad I did, not only did their technician find the issue, he also clearly explained the pros and cons of proceeding with the repair which allowed me to make an informed decision on whether or not to proceed. Even though I decided not to proceed with the repair, the technician continued to provided assistance after the call out providing contact details for the manufacturer which allowed me to plead a case for an out of warranty assistance request (the manufacturer agreed to provide a new fridge at a significantly reduced price), excellent service and advice, highly recommended.”

“Manufacturer sent these guys out to look at our oven ! Two techs were here for maybe 15 minutes max and said because the oven was not pushed back all the way he couldn't work on it because it was not installed right !! packed up tools and left ! Tech was arrogant and rude and didn't even open his tool bag !!! I'm left with an oven that has known issues when doing self clean mode blowing up .It has not working for the last month and half and I prob have no warranty. Got a report saying they identified parts needed for reacement ! Good old X-ray Google's no need to diagnose these days !! Don't use these guys or let them in your house for warranty work or anything else !! I've never been soscrewed over in my life !! Brand new kitchen and oven ! Read the reviews and get someone else !!!!”
