From Sharon’s bright and bubbly demeanour on the phone and the helpful confirmation messages to Saulo and Harry’s punctuality and technical expertise, the entire experience exceeded my expectations. I initially booked the team to replace the ceiling lights and fittings in my new apartment, which is part of a heritage building converted into apartments approximately 18 years ago. What began as a largely cosmetic upgrade, prompted by dim, flickering bulbs and outdated fittings filled with dead bugs, quickly turned into a much bigger job than anticipated. During the work, Harry and Saulo discovered several concerning electrical issues, including improperly connected, exposed wiring, water damage to an old light fitting, and sticky light switches that were difficult to operate. They promptly addressed these safety concerns while installing new LED bulbs, beautiful oyster light fittings, and integrated dimmer switches. Nothing was too much trouble. When I also asked them to check the smoke alarm and inspect all the power points throughout the apartment, they were more than happy to oblige. As expected, the smoke alarm needed replacin”
