“This company are money making only. They have just installed solar panels onto a shared strata property (one house and I own the bottom) without my permission. There was no consultation with me they just turned up. I asked the tradee for his bosses number and he wouldn’t give it to me, I had to go through the switchboard and pretend I was a buyer to get him to call me. When the owner Tom called me (thinking I was a buyer) he advised me he wouldn’t live in a duplex he lives in the country on acreage (so that gives you a little input into his mindset), he then proceeded to hang up on me. Zero accountability and disgraceful behaviour by him and his workers. It’s now with strata.”
