“Romeo came to our house to repair a sensor light, review a bathroom ceiling fan heater and replace two power-points. We were shocked when he requested instant payment for an hour’s work of $825, including parts, which retail for $60. One power point doesn’t appear to have been faulty and yet that was replaced with an unsightly solution. Request strict costing before booking or pay a hefty penalty. When I queried the charge he doubled down - it felt like an extortion event. Do not engage without a firm quote.”
