“We bought a property around 12 months ago which had a Solar Control System including backup batteries, etc. and for the first three months it worked fine. Unfortunately the last nine months our system had failed and we have been going back-and-forth with the company trying to resolve the issues with no luck. Out of sheer frustration and desperation we contacted a number of companies in regards to someone being able to come and look at it and someone who could understand it. We were fortunate enough that Craig from Coastal Solar contacted us and his can-do attitude was the best thing we had heard for quite some time. Craig came around and instantly we knew he was going to fix this for us, nothing was too much trouble. He was able to contact the company and get to the bottom of the problem which now, thankfully our system is up and running perfectly. We highly recommend anybody contacting Craig in regards to their Solar issues. Craig was prompt, polite and very knowledgeable. Not only did he fix the problem in one visit, he is following up and keeping an eye on our system and is contactable which is very reassuring and someone who cares about their business and their clients. “Alejandro and Craig were fantastic to work with — they took the time to find the best solar and battery setup for my home. After exploring a few options, we decided on a 10 kW Akio solar system paired with a Sigenergy 32 kWh battery. The electricians did a great job with the installation — neat cabling, tidy and quick service.”
