About Compliance Fixer
Electrician in Highett, VIC for rental safety checks, gas safety checks and switchboard upgrades.
Compliance Fixer is an electrical and gas safety business based in Highett, working across Beaumaris, Hampton, Mentone, Moorabbin and nearby suburbs. Much of its work is compliance for homes and rental properties: rental safety checks, rental minimum standard checks, electrical safety checks, gas safety checks and smoke alarm checks, along with the rectification work that follows. That includes switchboard upgrades, RCD switch installation and replacement, powerpoint replacements, lighting and exhaust fan replacements, smoke alarm installation and relocation, gas line and gas leak repairs, gas appliance installation and hot water system repairs and servicing.
The business also handles smaller safety jobs such as blind cord anchor installation. Its website describes hot water work across gas, electric, solar, heat pump and instantaneous systems, including storage tank replacements, and says the team carries common parts for many brands. Reports are photo-backed with simple compliance ratings, and issues found can be quoted and fixed. Compliance Fixer was founded in 2020 by Luke Terella and Michael Bailey.
