“They contracted to connect 100A 3P to our house in Gilston, pole upgrade and all compliance. We dug the trench, they laid the cable, we paid $$$$$, were assured the pole and compliance was done, but NOTHING happened with the supply, meaning the two dwellings on the property are sharing 80A, and we do not have the 100A 3P supply we paid for. How does a sparky lay 200A off the one pole and not upgrade the supply? At the same time, they wired 3P down to the other dwellings, but then ran 3 sheds, a sauna and a cottage off a single phase, meaning their one active input breaker continually blows, and to correct the absolute dog-breakfast of a job will cost $$$$$$$. They were also going to get back to me with a quote to complete the work (upgrading house wiring etc.), and after 5 months, we gave up and hired someone else after being told the quote was days away for the entire time, causing considerable delay in the starting of our business. Now we've seen there was no upgrade work, the lack of quote and return makes perfect sense as they'd have had to come back and either admit they didn't do the work, or actually do the work. Either way, If I could give less stars, I would.”
