The experience overall was terrible, leaving me feeling exploited and still unsure of what the issue was in the first place. My LED lights in the living room started glowing while switched off. I did some tests as per information I found on the internet and suggested could be a voltage leak of some sort and dangerous. Therefore, I sought an urgent same day service to address the issue. Kumail was able to come quickly but did not diagnose the issue and rather tried to upsell me to upgrade my sub-board (approx. $3400), add surge protection (approx. $1500) and replace 9 lights (approx. $2000). These are all approximates from memory as I was not supplied a written quote. As I didn’t feel confident I would get someone else and concerned about a potential safety situation, I went ahead with the sub-board upgrade but was pressured by Kumail regarding the surge protection. Thankfully I negotiated a little breathing space and just progressed the sub-board upgrade. Then he pressured me hard to pay in full without receiving any form of written contract. I flatly refused th”
