“The first time I contacted Ibrahim from Cuthill Electrical I knew I was in good hands. He was so polite, honest and ever so helpful. In our first conversation, I wanted to learn more about solar, how it worked, the benefits and the estimated payback. Ibrahim’s knowledge on solar was impeccable however most of the conversation involved trying to find the best energy plan to suit my needs and not even pushing his services for any sort of financial gain After a few months as electricity rates started to climb, my wife and I were ready to go ahead with the solar. Based on our daily usage Ibrahim selected 26 panels, a 10kW inverter and 30kWH battery stack. We left it to the absolute last minute with the rebates (1st April) to install the solar but Ibrahim was very accommodating and scheduled his team to install the day before the 1st April rebate was ending On the day of the install, the team that came out were extremely polite, careful and very professional. The install on my second storey house wasn’t an easy one however the team had no issues at all running the cables and installing the solar components. After a massive 11-12 hour day the job was complete and the install was very nic”
