“Daniel was friendly, punctual, and very quick to respond and attend, which I genuinely appreciated, especially on a Saturday night after hours. However, I was very disappointed with the overall experience and value for money. I paid $495 + GST for a 30-minute call-out, but unfortunately, the issue remained completely unresolved. To be fair, I don’t blame Daniel for not being able to resolve the issue, as he did not have the key to access the strata electrical room. I understand this was beyond his control. What disappointed me most was the lack of flexibility in pricing, considering that no actual repair work could be carried out. I fully understand that emergency services on a Saturday night come at a premium, and I was prepared to pay for that. However, I would have appreciated some consideration of the circumstances or an alternative arrangement. Unfortunately, the experience felt more focused on securing payment than working towards a practical solution. We ended up paying over $540 without getting any closer to resolving the i”
