From first contact via the online form I had a great experience - quick, helpful responses by email; indicative pricing and guidance on limitations to the scope of works by email (so smart because it saves meeting onsite and then discovering something fundamental, which saves everyone time); completion of works as described; on time to quote and to complete the work; respectful of my property (didn’t make a mess of the garden to get a ladder in, didn’t damage the house with the ladder either); and cleaned up afterwards, leaving everything tidy and as it was found. Another note worthy thing was that in quoting I didn’t feel that I was being upsold, or harassed to do more - I was quoted for the works as required and then given some other options which I interpreted as “nice to have and probably worth doing while we’re there”, but not pushy like another company who quoted on the job.”
