About DLG Electrical and Solar
Electrician and solar installer in Wyong, NSW for solar panels, batteries, switchboard upgrades and EV chargers.
DLG Electrical and Solar is an electrical and solar business based in Wyong, NSW, working across the Central Coast and surrounding areas. It handles solar panel and battery installations, switchboard upgrades, LED lighting, data cabling, power point and lighting installations, rewiring, generator installations and general electrical repairs and troubleshooting. Work is carried out for residential, commercial and industrial clients, and the business also offers solar panel cleaning and full solar health checks.
The team describes itself as licensed electricians and CEC-accredited solar and battery installers, and the business began in 2021. It operates as a mobile service covering suburbs from Lake Munmorah and Budgewoi through to Terrigal, Erina and Gosford, with payment by cash, card, EFT, direct debit and account. Typical electrician work such as new wiring and power points is also part of the trade's usual scope, so it is worth asking whether that is something the business takes on.

“Damien and his team are professional, easy to deal with and happy to help and answer all our questions. We had our solar upgraded and added batteries. Damien kept us well informed, no question was too hard to answer and went into depth in what to install and why. We highly recommend DLG Electrical and Solar. Price was on point, they left the premises spotless, and we will be using them for any electrical work we will need in the future.”

“Absolute pleasure having Damien's DLG Electrical & Solar team supply and install our 13.77kw solar system and 30 kw battery. Arrived on time and all packaging rubbish from the 29 panels, battery and inverter was removed from site. All work completed by the team led by Bailley on the day was first class AND every one of the team was very polite and well organised. Inside the roof space all cabling was left neat and tidy and clearly labelled. I would absolutely recommend these guys to anyone considering using them. Many thanks from Tim & Leanne”

“Thank you to Damien and the team. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally. Luke came out to provide a consultation and tailored a solution that suited our needs as a family of four. The install by Damien and the team was clean and tidy, and they went above and beyond to set everything up so we can easily monitor the system. I’ve already recommended DLG Electrical to a few friends around the coast.”

“Damien and DLG were great to deal with. We had solar and a battery installed recently, it was all done in the one day, and everything was cleaned up like they were never there (which doesn't always happen, as we've all probably experienced). Very much enjoying watching the little app now that shows the solar powering us 24/7 with basically no grid usage, because of the battery. I really appreciate how much time Damien spent patiently talking with me over a few weeks, as I was posing a million possibly-annoying questions about how it all works in practice. Easy to talk to, easy to deal with, no hard-sells, quality work, so I would recommend.”
