Both my daughter and I were so happy and pleased to experience the exceptional customer service from the loveliest of sales representatives at E&S DFO - Tanya! She was so friendly, patient, knowledgeable across a broad range of products and genuinely helpful. We initially went to the Good Guys but were just asked to look around, make up our minds and then come see them -bit of a brush off really, especially when we needed a full suite of products for our new kitchen. After the genuine customer service we experienced with Tanya, we didn't even bother to compare prices..........her service was priceless. Tanya went above and beyond - not only did she keep me updated during the week on my order status (~$6k worth), but she took the liberty to even contact me to enquire if I wanted all the products delivered at once, or to keep some on hold. Thank you Tanya - very very much. I hope E&S know your worth and value you :-)”
