While the on-site installers were polite, management refused to rectify the shortfall when questioned, offering conflicting excuses about roof space and panel sizing. When I presented the actual measurements and capacity shortfall, the director became hostile, insulting, and verbally abusive instead of addressing the issue. Extremely unprofessional conduct and poor dispute resolution.”
