“Everyone was great to deal with throughout the process, from the salesperson and office staff to the installation team. Unfortunately, the quality of the installation itself did not meet the standard we expected, particularly in terms of attention to detail, tidiness and overall workmanship. We had to spend additional time tidying up the conduit and replacing the spacers in the circuit board to ensure everything was left in a safe condition. A little more care taken during the installation, both in the finish and in ensuring all electrical work was completed safely and professionally, would have made a significant difference. The before photos show how the installation was left by the team, while the after photos show how we believe it should have been left in the first place. We appreciate the good customer service from everyone involved, but the standard of workmanship and attention to detail during the installation need improvement.”

The installation itself was very professional, with excellent quality in the finished product. Their quote was the cheapest we received, too!”
