“Mirko answered the phone immediately, not requiring us to leave a message and get a call back like many other. He was clear and upfront with the costs and what to expect. He was prompt and arrived on time. During the process of diagnosing and solving the issue he communicated what he was doing clearly and often meaning I had a clear idea of what was happening for the whole process. Mirko went above and beyond to solve the issue and ultimately got us up and running that day. I cannot recommend him highly enough.”

“Highly recommend Mirko! He installed some power points at my home and was easy to deal with from start to finish. He turned up on time, was really friendly, and did a great job with the work. He was upfront about pricing, with a competitive quote, and cleaned up properly afterwards. He was also happy to add a third power point when I asked on the day. Everything was done neatly and professionally — I’d definitely use him again!”
