“Rude telephone service when enquiring about a service they have advertised on their website. I asked for a quote and the response was "sorry we don't do that" and as i apologised i went on to let him know it is advertised on their website i was hung up on. Very rude and abrupt and their website advertises a service which they apparently do not actually provide.”
