“Our Tesla Powerwall 2 was replaced under warranty. The two young men (unfortunately I can't remember their names) who carried out the job were exceptional. Thankyou so much.”

“After engaging with Elite over the last 12 months looking for a residential battery solution, we finally had one installed last week. The whole process was professional, patient, polite and stress free. Talking with Jarod about our current solar and compatible systems that would compliment our circumstance was easy and educational. He explained each of the various options, extras, pros and cons, without trying to go of the hard sale. Once I had settled on a solution and had even more questions, he helpfully did a site inspection to both understand our site completely and explain exactly what would go where, whilst asking for our input on placement etc. This differs from other quotes where the salesmen were pushy and directive, rather than engaging. It was a few weeks wait from ordering to installation that was brought forward from original estimates, which was great. Ben and the team arrived early in the morning for installation and again walked me through their plan and asked if they needed to be mindful of anything. The work was completed on time, with the lads staying back a bit to make sure that they could walk me through the Goodwe app. The workmanship was great, the concrete ”
