“I recently had a replacement solar array installed on my house. The technicians who attended on the day were superb. There were complications at another site nearby and the technicians went to that site to help out. They returned to my property and against failing light, they stayed until the job was completed. They were polite, considerate and a credit to the company.”

“A terrific company who I can’t recommend highly enough. They had a HUGE job from our hail damage. Starting with inspection of the damage to our solar panels and air conditioning unit, removing them and reinstalling everything. Every electrician was polite, efficient and cleaned up any mess made. A fault was found in our wiring during the repairs and they were able to locate and fix the issue. The communication was excellent and the work top class. We also had a battery installed for our solar and that was arranged quickly and efficiently. Thank you Elk Electrical for a job well done.”

“5 stars for our aircon replacement crew Alex and Zac. They were bang on time and worked efficiently and tirelessly from go to whoa. Communication was clear in simple terms without being condescending. They were right on point in explaining the job and Alex guided me professionally and with practical consideration of my desire for the indoor and outdoor units location. I was treated respectfully, like part of their team. Alex and Zac worked precisely and cleanly like a well-oiled machine. Their care for our home was obvious at all times. This was particularly evident when they came across issues even though they had to traipse nonstop through mud to remove the old outdoor unit and install the new one in tight circumstances. We feel fortunate to have had such skilled and conscientious young tradespeople work on our home. Well done fellas and thank you very much. You are a credit to yourselves, your industry and your employer. I’ll have have no hesitation in requesting you to work on our home again. I wish you every success in your careers. Cheers, Phil”
