“This review is not related to their service. It’s related to their moral/behaviour, which can be considered for people deciding whether or not to use their services. At 11:09 AM on 14/01/2026, on Marion Road near Galway Avenue, a driver driving a car with “Emery Property Services” labeled on it was driving next to me. The driver then cut in front of me. Just because you have the blinker on does not mean you can cut in front of someone else whenever and whatever way you want. Please refer to the traffic law. Logically I honked at the driver. The driver had his right hand hanging out the window at that time, and he used the hand to give me the finger. I have it all recorded on my dash cam. Normally I don’t honk at someone because they cut in front of me on the road, but I did this time as the rear of this company’s vehicle was very close to the front of mine when that driver cut in front of me. The fact that he cut in front of me illegally was not really an issue to me because I know a lot of people do this. What was an issue was the fact that he gave me the finger when he was in the wrong. Just because a lot of people do the same wrong thing on the road does not mean you can do it a”

I was charged $90 to install a towel ring ( one screw, would've taken approx 10 minutes) I had a tradesman look at my invoice and was told there should be an hourly rate for labour shown (which wasn't) I queried this with Steve and received a very angry message back saying that I had no right to show the invoice to anyone ! He still refused to tell me his hourly rate. Pretty appalled at the disgusting messages received from Steve, would never use him again.”
