We have a washer/dryer with a fault under warranty and these guys are the middle man and closest tech which couldn't come out to look at it which is fair enough. To gatekeep information of a product that doesn't directly affect you is poor form for a customer. And to also get your back up after i'm talking nicely to you sucks. Hate to see how they treat paying customers! Still waiting on the email BTW”
