“I bought a battery here. It lasted about as long as my patience. When it failed, I was told it would be tested Monday and I'd get a call Tuesday. No call. I went back Thursday, where another staff member had no idea about the battery and promised a call Friday morning. You guessed it... no call. When I returned Friday afternoon, the battery was finally tested (after being remembered), declared dead, and a replacement was processed without anyone asking what I actually wanted. Since my mechanic had already fitted a new battery, I asked for a refund instead. It turns out the workflow is: Assume. Process paperwork. Ask questions later. To their credit, I did get my refund. Unfortunately, it only took three visits, two broken promises, and enough awkward silence to recharge the battery they couldn't. On the bright side, I won't have to worry about future warranty claims here because there's absolutely no chance I'll ever be back.”
