“Jason and his offsider were nothing short of fantastic. Setting aside their professionalism, politeness, and manners, both are decent people who deliver a service with humility, genuine personalities, and integrity. A point that further supports the above was hearing Jason lead, teach, communicate, collaborate, and mentor his offsider (apprentice). I'm sorry, his name escapes me. The way in how Jason conducted himself and observing his level of care, the detail shared, and how collaboration was the process shows his commitment to and passion for his job, and the apprentice will have a long and successful electrical career ahead. Outstanding leadership, Jason. With respect to the work completed. The initial phone conversation was polite, informative, and helpful. Organising a time was easy and Jason accommodated willingly. Both arrived at the time set, a review of the tasks were undertaken where Jason identified all options, gave choice, attended to the jobs, and the the site was left cleaner when they arrived. “Couldn't recommend Jase and the team at Final Fix Electrical highly enough. He came out after hours to quote and was able to fit the job in the following week. The work included downlights, relocating a dangerous power point in the bathroom to a safe spot, and adding extra power points throughout. The job was done to a great standard and left clean and tidy. In the lead-up to the job I kept discovering little extra bits I wanted done, and Jase added them in without any fuss. He's punctual, genuinely kind, and explains things in plain language without ever trying to upsell you on things you don't need. On top of all that, while he was here quoting, my brother-in-law and I were trying to wall mount a TV, and Jase spent time out of his own day showing us how to find the studs behind the wall. Will definitely be using Jase and the team again.”
