“I was very disappointed with my experience with Andrew. Despite advertising "No Job Too Small" on their website, it was clear they weren't interested in taking on smaller jobs. When I contacted them to discuss a relatively straightforward task, they were dismissive and seemed uninterested. On top of that, the electrician was unnecessarily rude during our conversation, which made the entire interaction uncomfortable. If they aren’t genuinely open to all types of jobs, they shouldn’t advertise that they are. I expected a professional and respectful experience, but unfortunately, this fell far short of my expectations.”

“My parents called me to say that they had lost power due to a safety switch refusing to stay on. I suggested that they call Forte Electrical Melbourne, as they are a local business with a good Google review score. Andrew advised my parents that it is likely that the safety switch itself had failed. Andrew told them he was currently working a job on the other side to town, and he would attend their house once the current job was done. He kept them well-informed as to his estimated arrival time, and he arrived on time. His assessment was correct. He replaced the faulty safety switch, and my parents were thrilled that they once more has power. Thanks, Andrew. My parents will happily contact you for any future electrical issues. I will too.”
