“Fortis installed a heat pump for us today. Very polite, very tidy and friendly. Great interaction with Michael, Eddie and our two installers Lachy and Luke, throughout the entire process. Didn't stop all day. Very impressed. 😀👍👍.”

“We recently had Luke and Lachlan as our electricians during a very intense house remodel, and they were absolutely outstanding. They showed up on time every single day, had excellent communication, and their work was top quality. On top of their skills, they were kind, professional, and a pleasure to deal with. It’s rare to find tradesmen who go above and beyond like they did. Because of Luke and Lachlan, we’ll definitely continue using Fortis Power and will be recommending them to everyone we know.”

“I had Fortis Power recommended to me by Heffernan heating Hobart. After contacting Fortis everything ran very smoothly and the job was completed as agreed. Service and outcome perfect thank you!”

“TL;DR Fortis bent over backwards to accommodate me but fault remains unfixed. I suspect real estate’s interference. A fault developed in a bedroom wall heater (a fixture on the wall). Notified real estate who assigned the problem to Fortis. I also notified the real estate I’d lost my phone and please tell Fortis I need an alternative way to communicate. Real estate did not do this and I am thankful that Fortis kept trying via the phone to reach me. So we finally get in contact when I get a new phone. A further communication problem I have is through the entire work day I’m in a 0-1 bar reception area. It’s historically frustrating for people to call and leave a mssg. without understanding I can’t reliably call back. Fortis was patient and offered to collect my flat key from real estate when we both realised my work wouldn’t allow me to take time off to accomodate Fortis’ own schedules. Real estate did not inform me they had a key available for tradies which could’ve saved everyone time. Again, extremely grateful to Fortis. However, on the day electrician was said to have visited I noted that the fault hadn’t been fixed. And I assumed it just couldn’t be dealt with on the spot. (Rea”

“As per the previous reviewer I was also really surprised by the first reviews received by these guys - as I to was blown away by the level of service, friendliness and professionalism. Where from W.A. and prior to engaging with Fortis Almost every single tradie we engaged with left us completely underwhelmed. Such an amazing refreshing change from Eddie and the team. Not only did they do an incredible job with our electrical work they also gave recommendations for other pieces of work with different tradies that we needed done. Again all amazing, and actually accommodated us because of the referral from Fortis and the great rapport they have with other tradies. That’s when you know you’re onto a good thing. Highly recommend!”
