“The worst customer service I have ever experienced - acknowledged my email regarding an outstanding order after 2 months - I am on my 15th follow up and still waiting for a response to this day. Pathetic comes to mind.”

“I called the sales rep to discuss Franklin products and opening an account. We arranged a time and place for a meeting and well, the Franklin sales rep never arrived. This was 6 to 8 months ago and Iv'e never heard from Franklin since. 0 stars”
