A crew of five arrived promptly at 7:30 am on 21 October and completed the entire installation by 3:30 pm, which was impressive considering the scope of work involved. They removed my existing solar system, including the old panels and racking, and took everything away for recycling and disposal. The team was professional, organised, and worked efficiently throughout the day. The installation was neat, the workmanship was of a high standard, and the site was left clean and tidy when they finished. I was particularly pleased with how smoothly the old system was removed and replaced without any hassle. Throughout the quoting and installation process, communication was clear and transparent. The team took the time to answer my questions and explain the system design options, which helped me make an informed decision. It's still early days, but the new solar and battery system is performing well and I'm very happy with the result so far.
