“I rang RedArc as I was having electrical issues with my 4-month young caravan. They advised me to ring Fritsch Bros, Temora, as they had positive reviews themselves as a reputable distributor. Whilst they admitted they had a busy day, Fritsch Bros still advised me to travel to them to find the fault. The fault was located very quickly, however, required several hours to repair due to poor installation upon manufacturing. They re-wired the entire bank to ensure my safety and prevent future faults of similar nature. Thank you Fritsch Bros for your time, customer service, professionalism and enabling me get back on the road the same.”
