“These guys managed to cut our phone line 3 times while installing a power pole for our neighbour. Being a rural area, we live in a mobile blackspot and now have no voice line and extremely poor data service from whatever they have done to our cables. They also had the power off for 2 hours longer than notified, which meant no water all day either. The line fault is now lodged with Telstra, as these guys packed up and left without actually fixing the damage they had done. They really seem like amateur hour in action. I wouldn't trust them to feed my goldfish.”
