“We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Greener Housing Solutions having our solar and battery system installed. We knew very little about solar when we started, but Thea was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable and helpful, taking the time to explain everything clearly and provide us with multiple options to help us make the right decision for our home. One thing we really appreciated was that we were never pressured into making a decision. There were no pushy sales tactics, and we were given all the information and options we needed, with plenty of time to make an informed decision. This made the whole experience feel comfortable and stress-free. The system was installed quickly, and the installers were professional, tidy and paid great attention to detail. The whole process was smooth from start to finish. The after-sales service has also been exceptional. Thea has continued to check in with us to make sure everything is working well and that we are happy with the system. It’s clear that Greener Housing Solutions genuinely cares about their customers, even after the installation is complete. We highly recommend Green”

“Thea and James from Greener Housing Solutions provided experienced advice and sales/installation service regarding a battery system to link in with our solar and electricity consumption pattern. In particular the after sales service/support has been excellent and is a critical component to any tech sales such as this. By monitoring our power usage, Greener Housing Solutions has been great at identifying appropriate electricity plans that are saving us money. The system has also educated us about our consumption patterns and helped change our use patterns to further save us $$. The app is particularly handy to monitor the system performance.”
