About Hankins Electrical
Electrician in Port Lincoln, SA for solar systems, battery storage, off-grid setups and LED lighting upgrades.
Hankins Electrical is an electrical business based in Port Lincoln, SA, working across the Eyre Peninsula. Its work spans wiring and electrical fit-outs, solar power, and the supply of water pumps, with jobs ranging from domestic and commercial through to industrial sites. On the solar side the business installs grid connect systems, off-grid solar and battery setups, and battery storage using Tesla, BYD and LG Chem batteries, along with Fronius inverters. Electrical work includes fault finding, generators and changeover switches, LED lighting upgrades, safety and emergency lighting, and wiring for renovations, extensions, new buildings and sheds.
The business is run by Steve Hankins, a Port Lincoln local who began his career in 2001 and set up Hankins Electrical in 2014 to serve the Eyre Peninsula. Systems are put together to suit each home or farm rather than sold as bulk packages, and the business travels to customers wherever they are.
