In 2021, the other unit stopped working. Also a gas leak (just a slower one). This was supposedly rectified. This year the same unit stopped working again. When I contacted Hawking Electrical I was simply told it’s out of warranty (twice). I have had it assessed and have been informed it is again out of gas which would be due to a gas leak. I understand warranty but am disappointed they are not willing to fix something that it would appear wasn’t properly rectified back in 2021 and is a result of workmanship.”
