“Our local fire brigade contacted HD Pumps recently to organise a quote for the supply and installation of irrigation. Unfortunately they were "too busy" to even turn up to do a quote. Everything works out for the best though, we just paid $56,000+ and the job done by another company is exceptional. Contact me if you would like the name of a company who is committed to excellence both in service and quality.”

“Very disappointed with HD Pumps. Charged 100% mark-up on Middy's prices and told me they weren't interested in my complaint when I brought it to their attention as they're not a wholesaler. I'm not a dealer, so Middy's charged me retail. A job I could have taken care of for $300 ended up costing $680... GET A QUOTE FIRST! The only reason I am posting this review is I was told they didn't care if I was unhappy and pretty much fobbed me off...”
