“The work has been completed and I am happy with the installation but the experience (specifically the office staff) left me frustrated (Hive Electrical Yass). After the initial month wait for solar battery installation, install day arrived only to be told my existing battery was in a non compliant location and would need to be relocated, this would be an extra charge and the job would need to be re booked. I sought to confirm the information provided and discovered that my battery was in a compliant location and the new battery could have been installed as initially advised (maybe just a genuine mistake). I rang the Hive office to provide this information, only to be met with a dismissive and short attitude from the female office staff, noting that I would not get the rebate as it would be non compliant for their assessor, I explained I had spoken to 2 assessors and she agreed to pass the information I provided onto Abel, who I initially dealt with. 15 mins later I received a call back from the same rude lady to confirm my install was re-booked (for a full month later) and it would be installed in the original batteries location.
