About Home Grown Equipment Hire
Equipment hire and property services in Karrabin, QLD, serving Ipswich and nearby towns with mini excavator and mower hire, mowing and pressure cleaning.
Home Grown Equipment Hire is based at Karrabin, west of Brisbane, and works across Ipswich and the towns around it, reaching out towards Gatton, Greenbank, Boonah and Esk. The business hires out equipment for customers to operate themselves, including a mini excavator with 300, 450 and 1000 mm buckets and a ripper, and a 54-inch diesel zero-turn mower. Both come with a trailer for pickup, and local delivery and collection is offered within 10 km of the Ipswich CBD.
Alongside hire, the business takes on property work, including mowing for larger residential blocks and acreage properties using a Kubota ZD1011, with regular mowing available for suitable properties, and pressure cleaning. The listing also places the business in the electrical trade, so work such as wiring, power points and lighting installation is the kind of job this trade covers; contact the business to check what electrical work it takes on.

“Great service, great machine, brand new kubota was amazing!!! Plenty of power, ripped through rocky ground. Trailer top of the range, easy to hitch unhitch, jockey wheel great, machines runs and drives smooth, I think it’s only 2 days old. Wouldn’t miss out on this hire. Pick up and drop of area plenty of space also. Couldn’t fault a thing and if I was to try it would be machine not having a quick hitch which was not a big deal getting out of the machine to change an attachment as hands down best machine an hire experience.”
