“Shaun provided one of the most honest and comprehensive electrical quotes we’ve ever received. Every issue was identified, every concern had a practical solution, and nothing was overlooked. On the day of the job, he and Zane worked incredibly hard in the Queensland heat to bring our home’s electrical system up to modern standards. They were meticulous, careful, and thorough throughout the entire process, professional in their approach and generous with their advice. It was a significant amount of work, and we now have genuine peace of mind knowing our family is safe. We also appreciated Shaun’s excellent communication. He kept us updated from the moment he scheduled the quote right through to arrival times on the day of the job. As an added bonus, their generator kept me working when the power needed to be switched off for safety. Thank you, Shaun and Zane, for your outstanding service and for thinking of everything right down to the small things that make a difference. (from Theresa & Sue)”
