“My parents had an issue with their electricity. It was after hours called 3 other people who advertised as 24 hour yet they weren't. Called Joshua he was polite and very helpful, he stated he would be here in half an hour, and was! He rectified the situation and made it safe so my parents had electricity for the night. He attended at 8am the following morning and fixed the issue being wires from Ausgrid pole to the house. My parents very happy with his professionalism and his friendly reassuring attitude. He came the next day and discovered the controller to the solar wasn’t working. Said he would quote for the part and get back to me. 10/6/25- after hearing nothing, I messaged to follow up. 11/6/25 got a message back saying “sending through this afternoon” Still no email… 12/6/25- a message from Joshua saying “will send through quote but replacement for controller is $990 ex GST including cost of initial investigation! Never was I told there was a cost until now. He proceeded to say in a message that he will still send through quote this afternoon..never sent one UNTIL today! 11/07/2025! With an invoice from the first visit. No quote..just payment needing to be made. Super unprofessional and not trustworthy at all. Failing his customer and wasting her time right from the beginning. If you didn’t want the job, should have just said so instead of wasting my time and charging me for a job you never wanted to do. Stay away”
