“I called Sam this morning about a power point issue and a light switch. He was very pleasant and helpful, despite my stuffing up what I needed doing. Communication was great, and he managed to slot us in when Jonah had a bit of extra time, and by 2pm this afternoon it was all fixed. Very impressive, and I will certainly be using them again if the need arises.”

“I recently had the mains power upgraded from the street to my house. The customer service i received from Impact Electrical was second to none. From the very start ,the entire team were reliable and honest, getting the job done in a timely manner. In a world where so many tradies can be unreliable, it was refreshing to have a pain free experience. The site was left clean and tidy , im very particular with how I want things to look and they went above and beyond to do a nice job. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to have work done.”

“We recently had work completed with Impact and I couldn’t be happier with the service. James and Tallin were exceptional from start to finish. They were professional, friendly and accommodating, taking the time to answer our questions and making sure everything was completed to a very high standard. They also cleaned up thoroughly before they left, which was greatly appreciated. What really stood out was how thoughtful they were with our three dogs. They were careful to make sure the dogs stayed safe whenever doors were open, and were genuinely kind and friendly towards them. As pet owners, that level of care meant a lot to us and made the whole experience less stressful. It’s not often you come across tradies who combine such excellent work with genuine kindness and respect for their customers’ homes and pets. They are a credit to the company, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, professional electrician. Thank you for such outstanding service!”
